May 30 -OFSAA Heats sheets are posted OFSAA Heat Sheets.

April 13 - Coaches who do not have a copy of Hytek team manager lite can download this software at click here and then pick "TEAM MANAGER Lite". Note you must have dsl or cable connection, dial up will not cut it. Also if you click here you can download the event list in a zip file for this year that needs to be imported into the TF TM lite program. You will also find the school codes and the instructions included in this zip file.

April 10 - Coaches note that the location of SWOSSAA has been switched to Sarnia for Day 1 and Sandwich for Day 2.

55 th Annual Kennedy Relays Information

The 55th Annual Kennedy Relays will again take place on the evening of Friday May 7 2004, under the lights at Windsor Stadium. We will list all the sponsored prizes as they come in. As usual all winners (individual and 4 per relay) will receive embroidered pullovers and trophies. Second and third place will receive specially designed Kennedy Relay "K" medals. We will also award a pair of shoes as prizes to ALL individual event winners (NOT relays). Other prizes will be given out depending on sponsors.
